멘도코로 스베테

Mendokoro Subete is a ramen shop near Tsuruhashi Koreataun. Its signature dish, Nonghu Dak Soba, combines noodles with a thick chicken broth and comes with free Tsuruhashi kimchi. The shop opens at 10 a.m. and has about eight counter seats and one table, with orders taken verbally. The broth is very rich, so this is not a light meal.
