Hitokuchi

Hitokuchi is an old Japanese restaurant in Nishitenma, Osaka, serving oden and doteyaki. The doteyaki simmers beef tendon and konnyaku in a miso seasoning, and the restaurant also offers sashimi, dashimaki, and Japanese sake. The second floor has low tables and chairs, and the oden comes as several basic items such as daikon and fried burdock. Reservations are hard to secure, so contacting the restaurant in advance is safer.
