Hirohiro Dojima 2-Chome

Hirohiro Dojima 2-Chome is in the Dojima office district of Osaka and serves Kansai-style udon and soba. The broth is flavored with katsuobushi and kombu, with curry udon and kitsune udon as choices, plus fried items or onigiri on the side. It is self-service: you pick the noodles and side dishes, then pay, and the whole visit from entry to finishing the meal takes about 10 minutes. On weekday lunches it fills with office workers and a line usually forms.
