Higekatsu

Higekatsu is a kushikatsu restaurant a three-minute walk from Hanazonocho Station in Osaka. It fries skewers of beef tendon, shrimp, shiitake mushroom, oyster, and squid, and also serves Asahi black beer. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m., fills up around 6 p.m., and a wait forms. Staff explain each skewer as it comes out.
