Kantaro is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in the Grand Front Osaka dining area next to Umeda Station. It serves Hokkaido sushi including mackerel sushi, raw shrimp, and fried oysters made with ingredients shipped from Hokkaido, and the aged sushi carries umami. Orders are placed on a table tablet, where you choose rice amount and whether to include wasabi. Sushi left on the conveyor rail for a long time tends to dry out.
