Hakata Ikkosha Ekimarche Osaka is a Hakata tonkotsu ramen shop inside Ekimarche Osaka, entered through the street-side entrance. It serves pork bone broth with thin straight noodles, and a Hakata set pairs ramen with mentaiko rice. A ticket machine outside the entrance lets you choose noodle firmness, and ramen arrives two to five minutes after ordering. The pork smell is strong and the broth is foamy, which divides diners.
