Churuhashi Fuguechu

Churuhashi Hughechu serves okonomiyaki and yakisoba on the 29th floor of the Hankyu Grand Building in Umeda. The menu includes basic okonomiyaki and yakisoba along with modern-yaki and cheese okonomiyaki, and staff cook the food on a table griddle. Window seats fill early, and the okonomiyaki takes 15 to 20 minutes to finish. The sauce and the overall seasoning of the food are on the salty side.
