Akayoroshi

Akayoroshi is a ramen shop in a small alley near Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka, serving tomato ramen and original chuka soba. The tomato broth ramen adds vegetable and pork flavor, and after finishing the noodles you can add rice to finish it like a risotto. The female owner inherited the taste of a ramen shop her father ran in Kochi in 1985, and it operates as a ramen shop by day and a bar by night. You have to turn off the main street into a small alley, so it is hard to find at first.
