Abeno Takoyaki Yamachan is a specialty shop selling takoyaki and yakisoba on the second basement floor of Lucua, directly connected to Osaka Station. The three-flavor assortment separates yuzu salt ponzu, sesame oil salt, and sauce mayo, and the takoyaki has a crisp outside with a center that runs like broth. Korean kiosks are used for counter seating or takeout orders, while store seating takes orders through an English line. Around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, takeout took about 20 minutes, and there is no free water, so you must buy bottled water separately if you want something to drink.
