Kushikatsu Daishogun

Kushikatsu Daishogun is a kushikatsu izakaya about a five-minute walk from Higobashi Station in Osaka. It fries skewers of shrimp, beef tenderloin and horumon in a thin, light batter and high-grade lard, pairing them with sauce, mustard sauce, salt and lemon according to the ingredient. The shop has 42 seats across a first-floor counter and tables plus a second floor, and skewers are ordered one by one in the order you prefer. It was supervised by Daibon, a skewer shop known for being hard to reserve.
