Suzunoya

Suzunoya is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant on the Japanese street of Le Thanh Ton in Ho Chi Minh, serving gopchang motsunabe and skewers. Diners choose from shio, soy sauce, kimchi, or spicy broth, and order skewers by type. After the nabe, egg porridge or cheese rice is added to the remaining broth to finish the meal. Gopchang can feel heavy as you eat it.
