It serves omakase and à la carte dishes centered on aged raw fish and seasonal fish, and the shari uses red vinegar. The counter seats about 10 people and there are two tables, with the chef forming sushi in front of you and explaining the menu. After ordering, food can take about 30 minutes to arrive.
