Phở Việt Nam is a ten-minute walk from Sherwood Residence in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. It serves pho in a heated earthenware pot and standard pho, with the pot version assembled from broth, beef and vegetables and eaten by adding fresh noodles a little at a time to cook them like shabu-shabu. Sugarcane juice and mango smoothies are also served. The open kitchen shows fresh noodles being cut to order, and the indoor seating has air conditioning and fans.
