Mandulia is a Chinese restaurant in the Thao Dien alley of Ho Chi Minh that serves handmade dumplings, mapo tofu, and guobaorou. For the dumplings, you choose the filling and cooking method, and the thin wrappers are rolled and pleated to order. Cooking takes a long time after the dumpling order, so you have to wait at a relaxed pace during meal times. The mapo tofu and some Chinese dishes are strongly seasoned and on the spicy side.
