UCC Coffee Roastery

UCC Coffee Roastery is a cafe at the entrance of Saigon Pearl in Thanh My Tay, Ho Chi Minh, serving Japanese-style siphon coffee and brunch. The siphon coffee comes in medium and strong roast levels, and the waffle batter is made in-house. The siphon brewing process is visible to customers, and coffee and food arrive quickly. Portions of waffles and snacks are on the small side.
