The Hummingbird Café & Roastery is a café behind a green door in an alley in District 3, Ho Chi Minh, serving coffee from beans it roasts itself along with baked goods. Drip and espresso are available by bean type, and the menu also includes signature drinks and Earl Grey butter cake. The front holds a bakery section and a wide coffee bar, and guests can talk with staff in English at the bar table and the long table. There are not many seats, so it tends to be crowded on weekends.
