Manki Specialty Coffee is a specialty coffee shop on the second floor of an old apartment building across from the Ho Chi Minh City Museum. It serves light-roast single-origin coffees such as Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Gesha, and Typica, roasted in-house, along with an affogato of espresso poured over ice cream. To reach it, you pass a ground-floor motorbike parking area and go up a dark staircase, and bean samples come with a detailed explanation. Seating is limited and the entrance is hard to find.
