Phở Thành is a local pho shop near Somerset Grand Hanoi that serves beef pho and tendon pho. The broth is clear and salty, with well-cooked noodles and chewy tendon, and you can ask for more chopped scallions and cilantro. Around 10 a.m. the shop was quiet but some items were sold out, and in the morning it gets crowded with locals so you may wait a little. Staff who speak Korean help with ordering by number, and quẩy is free.
