Phở Gà Nguyệt

Pho Ga Nguoi is a small local restaurant serving chicken pho in the Phu Doan alley in Hanoi's Hoan Kiem district. Customers choose a cut such as breast, back, thigh, or wing, and order it as noodle soup or as mixed noodles. They show the slip written by the staff and pay in cash or by QR code. The chicken is chewy like free-range bird, but it is also tough and dry.
