Cháo đậu cà Bà-O

Cháo đậu cà Bà-O is a small porridge shop in Hanoi's French Quarter, in Hoàn Kiếm, serving mung bean and black bean porridge and minced meat porridge. The porridge is either thin like rice gruel or moderately thick, and comes with toppings such as scallion-oil tofu and pickled vegetables. When ordering, you can add a salted egg or chicken and mushroom toppings to the mung bean or black bean porridge. The bean porridge is served cold.
