Bún Chả HOA

Bún Chả HOA is a local restaurant in Hanoi that serves bun cha and nem. The bun cha comes with plenty of meat, noodles and vegetables, seasoned heavily with garlic and pepper and served with a little chili on the side. The place has been running for 20 years and has only six tables, but you can eat without waiting, and beer is sold as well. You have to accept the hygiene practice of handling noodles with bare hands and then touching other things.
