Vietnamese Coffee Workshop

Vietnamese Coffee Workshop is a private workshop in Hanoi where participants learn to make Vietnamese coffee. The session covers five coffees built on phin filter coffee: salt, egg, coconut, and orange coffee, each made and tasted during the class. Instructor Trang leads the class, explaining coffee history, growing methods, and the order of preparation. The workshop is hands-on, so the coffees learned can be made again at home.
