Serein Cafe & Lounge

Serein Cafe & Lounge is a cafe in Hanoi that looks out toward Long Bien Bridge and Long Bien Station. It serves egg coffee, latte art, and cocktails, and orders placed on the third floor are brought up to your seat by staff. The third and fourth floors are indoors and the fifth floor is a rooftop terrace, with the bridge most visible from the inner terrace on the fourth floor. Outdoor seats in summer are hard to stay in for long because of the heat.
