Highlands Coffee is a multi-floor chain cafe near Hanoi's Old Quarter that serves Vietnamese coffee and drinks. Its signature items are cà phê sữa đá with condensed milk and phin-brewed phin sữa đá, and the drinks are sweeter than at other local cafes. After ordering on the first floor, customers can use the air-conditioned seating and restrooms on the second and third floors, and the fourth-floor rooftop looks down over the street. The stairs are narrow and steep.
