Hien Minh Tea House

Hien Minh Tea House is a Vietnamese tea house in an alley next to the Temple of Literature in Hanoi. It serves white, green, black and pu-erh teas made in-house, and a tea master prepares and explains teas such as fresh lotus tea and black moon tea. The interior has floor seating where shoes are removed, along with a terrace and a small garden. Two English-speaking owners explain the characteristics of Vietnamese tea, and prices are on the higher side.
