Gong Cha Hàng Khay is a milk tea and bubble tea shop near the southern end of Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi. It serves milk tea that tastes nearly the same as Gong Cha in Korea. On hot days you can rest under the air conditioning, and the seating inside is limited. Staff can be rude.
