Cafe Giang sells egg coffee and egg cocoa and sits in an alley near Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi. The egg coffee is mixed before drinking, and egg cocoa and coconut milk matcha are also on the menu. The family that started the original cafe in 1948 still runs it. Before 10 a.m. it is quiet, after that customers increase and the air conditioning is turned on, and the egg coffee is sweet and rich because of the large amount of egg cream.
