Cafe Balcony

Balcony Coffee in Hanoi is a cafe and bar that serves coffee and beer. Seats on the balcony look out over the street. Many seats sit by the window, so you can sit down after a morning walk, and on days when the street is closed to cars you can watch people pass by. The restaurant across the way blocks the lake, so the West Lake view is not visible.
