C.O.C Legacy Specialty Coffee

C.O.C Legacy Specialty Coffee sits on the second floor of a small alley in Hanoi and serves egg coffee and Vietnamese specialty coffee. The egg coffee combines unsweetened egg cream with bitter coffee, and Liberica and Robusta beans are available by the cup. Coffee is brewed by hand with a Vietnamese phin, so preparation takes a long time, and staff explain how to drink it. The chairs are small, which makes them uncomfortable for an adult man to sit in for long.
