Banh Mi Phap Gia Bao is a bakery in Hanoi that sells freshly baked Vietnamese baguettes. The bread, baked all day, has a thin crisp crust and a soft inside, and three kinds are on display. Bread is baked from 3 a.m. to 10 p.m., and nearby banh mi shops take bread from here. When the last loaf is gone, the shop closes.
