Dihua Street in Taipei's Datong District is a traditional market street selling medicinal herbs, dried goods, tea, and small items. Cafes, dessert shops, and small restaurants are also there, and stores use fixed prices so visitors can browse without haggling. Walking straight from the entrance, tangerine juice is sold at a street stall near the intersection about 10 minutes in, and restaurants and lodging are further inside. During the New Year holidays, the street is crowded enough that standing still is difficult.
