TANG BAO HUNG

Tang Bao Hung is a takeout stall near the Hejiang Street alley and Hotel Metropolitan in Taipei, selling xiaolongbao in the morning. It offers original, mala, and garlic flavors, and the mala version is spicy in the filling itself rather than in a sauce. After ordering, the dumplings are steamed and ready in about 2 to 7 minutes, and they can be eaten on a bench in the nearby park. The garlic flavor has a strong garlic aroma in the filling and alongside it.
