Zhengzong Asang Dachang Mianxian is a noodle shop next to Hwangga Sausage in Taipei. It serves noodles with daechang (beef large intestine) and oysters, along with kumquat juice, and you can buy Hwangga Sausage next door to eat with them. You can add spicy sauce and vinegar from the table, and request the noodles without cilantro. The noodles have a mildly seasoned base.
