Lin Dong Fang Beef Noodles

Limdong Bang Uyukmyeon is a Taiwanese beef noodle shop in Taipei, near Raohe Street Night Market. It serves beef noodle soup with beef and tendon, including a half-and-half version that tops the noodles with equal portions of beef and tendon. The thick, chewy noodles come in a rich broth, and the shop was renovated to have a clean interior. Side dishes are taken from the refrigerator and paid for at checkout, and prices run higher than at other beef noodle shops.
