Pindukkochi is a street-side skewer shop in Taipei that draws both locals and travellers. It serves corn, shiitake mushrooms, lamb, and bacon tomato skewers brushed with a house sauce, along with beer. Customers take a plate, queue to pick their skewers, pay, and the skewers are grilled on the spot and brought to the table. In the evening the wait can run 20 to 50 minutes.
