Hang Zhou Xiao Long Bao (Da'an)

Dimsum Hangzhou Xiaolong Tangbao is a shop behind Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei that serves xiaolongbao and other dim sum. The xiaolongbao have thin skins filled with warm meat juice, and the mala noodles come as a spicy mixed noodle dish. When the shop is crowded, it issues numbered tickets to track the waiting order. Lines can run long, with waits of around 30 minutes.
