Beef Noodle King

Beef noodle of the King is an old shop selling beef noodles in a back alley inside a traditional market in Taipei. Its spicy beef noodles are not heavy on spice, and the broth is light despite its dark color, with ribs, tendon, beef, and zhajiangmian available to order as well. Even the small size is a large portion, the meat comes from several cuts and is tender, and there is separate seating in an annex with air conditioning. As a market eatery, the hygiene conditions are uncomfortable, and there have been cases of foreign matter appearing in the beef noodles.
