Suhyeon Seowon is a Joseon-era seowon in Wonchon-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. It served as a local educational institution and private school, and its understated hanok buildings and seowon activities can be seen. It was demolished under Heungseon Daewongun's policy of abolishing seowon, then restored in 1994 after excavation surveys, and cultural commentators provide explanations. The surrounding environment and access road are lacking, and its location is inconvenient.
