Daejeon Citizens Observatory in Daejeon is an astronomical observatory open to the public. It runs a second-floor exhibition hall and nighttime celestial observation, and on clear days Jupiter and Saturn can be seen through a telescope. Exhibition commentary is requested through Naver reservation, viewing and hands-on activities take about 30 minutes, and the third-floor observation room operates by time slot. When there are clouds or snow, the dome cannot be opened, making planetary observation difficult.
