Sujeong Galbi

Sujeong Galbi is a long-standing meat restaurant in Seoul that serves pork galbi and beef galbi. The pork galbi is sweet but not heavily salted, the meat is of good quality, and seasoned galbi is sold as well. Dried radish greens soup comes out instead of doenjang jjigae, and dongchimi or mu kimchi soup cools the palate after the meat. There is no naengmyeon.
