Sapdari Sundaeguk is an old market restaurant inside Yongmun Market in Seoul that serves sundaeguk and head meat. The clear broth holds sundae, pork gopchang, and cuts such as pork jowl, bolsal, donseol, and ear. The shop has only five tables, liquor and water are self-service, and the sundaeguk is brought out boiling in a ttukbaegi. The owner's manner is brusque.
