Passion Galbi

Yeoljeong Galbi is a galbi restaurant in an alley off the main street of Yeoljeongdo in Seoul, serving raw pork galbi, marinated galbi, and beef galbi. The raw pork galbi is cut from pork ribs alone without mixing in other cuts, which keeps the flavor lean. It comes with raw wasabi, Himalayan salt, marinated crab, and house-made dongchimi, and the makguksu can be ordered as mul, bibim, or myeongtae hoe. When it is busy the service is not smooth, and the side dishes are generally strong in sweetness.
