Ilmijip

Ilmijip is an old gamjatang restaurant in Huam-dong, Seoul, serving a clear-broth version of the dish. The gamjatang is boiled plainly with meat, potatoes, and scallions, and bokkeumbap follows as another course. The two-floor seating restaurant has a tradition of over 50 years. The dining room holds few tables, so waits run long on weekends.
