Ijo Sundaeguk

Ijo Sundaeguk is a sundae guk restaurant inside Yongmun Market in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, close to Seoul Station. It serves sundae guk and pork collar suyuk, and the clear broth comes with head meat, gopchang (grilled intestines), and osorigamtung, while the special sundae guk holds about three pieces of sundae. Seasoning is done with salted shrimp, salt, pepper, and dadeagi. On a weekday at 11:30 a.m. there was a wait, the sundae guk came out quickly, and the kimchi and kkakdugi were sweet and fell short in flavor.
