Hulotte

Willotte is a fine-dining restaurant in Seoul that serves French-style tasting menus. Each season it sets a theme and pairs the courses with a booklet and explanations, with signature dishes such as apple pie and French-style stew. Lunch runs from amuse-bouche through dessert, and at private-room dinners chef Lee Seungjun greets guests at the end. The portions across the course are not large.
