Doyajip is a pork grill restaurant in Sinnyongsan, Seoul, serving ogyeopsal and pork collar. Staff grill the bone-in ogyeopsal at the table and serve it with cheongeo-al walnut ssamjang and steamed egg. Walking in without a reservation means a long wait. The space is small and crowded.
