Baekrang

Baengnang is a small restaurant near the Yongsan railway depot in Seoul that serves black pork gukbap and Hanwoo yanggomtang noodles. The Baengnang gukbap uses a clear pork broth topped with pesto, and the black pork mandu are made with black dumpling skins. Baengnang tangmyeon replaces rice with noodles and is served spicy, seasoned at the table with yuja saeujeot. The kkakdugi is disappointing.
