Malachite

Malachite is a small gelato shop in an alley in Seoul. It uses maesil as its signature flavor and serves gelato with a chewy texture, including roasted pistachio, grapefruit sorbet, and salt cream cheese, each with a clear taste of its base ingredient. Inside there is a long bench for sitting instead of tables, and a cup is paid for in advance before choosing two flavors. Gelato packed in a cup for takeout melts quickly outside the shop in summer.
