Namsan Library of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education sits on the slope of Namsan in Huam-dong and is a public library for reading and studying. A cafeteria on the first floor serves baekban and other meal options. Walking up from Seoul Station takes about 15 minutes, and a bus stops in front of the library. Parking space is not ample, so waiting is a drawback when the library is crowded.
