Kongmadang Hand Tofu

Kongmadang Sundubu is a hand-made tofu restaurant in Yongin, housed in a converted old home. Its signature dish is the dubu jeongsik, which comes with house-made kongbiji and cheonggukjang alongside bossam, sundubu and side dishes. At lunch, diners mostly choose between cheonggukjang and kongbiji. One person handles the serving, so waits are expected during busy hours.
